Shipmans Buzzer Tying Video

This fly is one of my most favourite dry fly patterns, very versitile and extremely easy to tie. A great fly for any position on the cast in any size. These can be fished sunk or on the surface, my preferred set-up is to fish one of these between two hoppers or bits patterns.

I tie these in many different colours and vary the colour of the shucks depending on light conditions. White is usually a great colour for most light conditions but pink and black also work well when the light is tricky. I wouldn’t be without this in my box.
